Companies with large websites couldn’t managing their content efficiently. Created a multi-phased approach to solve biggest challenges.

College students could not find the information they needed to transfer on time. Created a web application that showed how their credits transferred, and the steps and deadlines to transfer.

Companies operating in multiple countries had an inconsistent experience throughout the product. Created a multi-year approach to bridge experience across the entire company.

Staff spent weeks gathering and organizing bids for hospital supplies. Created a process to simplify and streamline the tasks.

Insurance companies were underpaying hospitals on hundreds of claims. Designed a system for hospitals to accept a lump sum of money instead of analyzing each claim; and report on the claims submitted.

A NIH website was duplicative and lacked structure. Redesigned the experience with an eye towards going mobile.

A NIH website had published print pieces as webpages, resulting in 2 or 3 webpages for each topic. Created templates and guidelines to rewrite for a diverse audience.

Content entry to the CMS was disjointed and cumbersome. Redesigned the experience to increase employee productivity and job satisfaction.
